Evertree is a digital product. To keep pricing simple and honest — pay once, keep it forever — all sales are final.
What this covers
This policy applies to every purchase in Evertree, including:
- the one-time Lifetime archive purchase;
- AI credit packs;
- add-ons such as extra keeper seats and extra storage.
All sales are final
Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete, including for AI credits (whether or not they have been used) and one-time upgrades. Before you buy, you can try Evertree on the free tier to decide if it’s right for your family.
Exceptions
We will always correct genuine billing errors. Contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- you were charged in error or for something you did not authorise;
- the law where you live grants you a mandatory refund right that overrides this policy.
In those cases we will review your request and issue any refund we’re required to, through the original payment method via Stripe.
